There are two ways to stop your mail:

• The Web Interface
• By Email

• Log into the archives for your list, where LISTNAME is your list:
  

http://listserv.acor.org/archives/LISTNAME.html

• Click on "join or leave the list (or change settings)
• Near the end of the options is a box labeled "Mail delivery disabled temporarily [NOMAIL]". Select it.
  
• Save your changes.
  

When you want mail again, repeat the process but uncheck/clear the box and save your changes.

[edit] By Email

• From the subscribed account, send a message to listserv@listserv.acor.org. Have only one line of text in the body of the message: "set LISTNAME NOMAIL"
  
• When you want mail again, send the message "set LISTNAME MAIL"
